Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. You can then check the status of your order on our website in the "Track My Order" tab using your email address and order number.

Yes, this is completely normal. To keep your wait as short as possible, we ship all items separately when they are ready to ship. The rest of your order should arrive in the next few days.

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after it is updated. Therefore, if you cannot find tracking information, please try again in one to two days. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us, we will help you.

Have you received confirmation of shipment of your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 5 weeks, please contact us with your order number, we will launch an investigation and get back to you within 48 hours.


Delivery costs are FREE for any destination, with no minimum purchase amount.

We deliver in America, Europe, and Asia. If you have a question about a specific country not contained in these three continents, please contact us, and we will do our best to see if delivery is possible.

Returns and exchanges

We regularly check the quality of the items and their packaging. However, many factors may have damaged your product during shipping.

If you have received a defective/damaged item, please get in touch with us by sending an email from our contact page to let us know about your problem. Don't forget to attach pictures/videos that clearly indicate the issue. We will then exchange or refund your item according to your wish.

The current measures related to Covid-19 do not allow us to receive back items.

Please refer to our size charts to ensure you order the right size. Our clothing and footwear sizes are smaller than the standard US sizes. If you are not sure which size to choose, please get in touch with us.
